Job Description:
The position will be hybrid. The program will only allow candidates who are within the City of Austin or the surrounding cities.
Onsite: Mondays (tentative) this can be subject to change.
Remote: Tuesdays-Fridays (tentative) this can be subject to change.
Job description:
- The Salesforce Architect translates business requirements into scalable, secure, and optimized Salesforce solutions.
- Responsible for system design, risk assessment, financial modeling, and crafting detailed solutions that encompass process, technology, and staffing.
- This role ensures Salesforce best practices are followed while stabilizing and securing Salesforce orgs.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and best practices.
- Perform risk assessments, system reviews, and recommend performance/security optimizations.
- Provide technical expertise and act as a trusted advisor for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead system configuration, monitor code changes, and ensure timely solution delivery.
- Collaborate with developers, network architects, security analysts, and program teams.
- Prepare technical documentation and facilitate communication between technical and business teams.
- Participate in Agile sprints, stand-up meetings, and provide on-call support as needed.
- Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce architecture and Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide expert guidance and hands-on support.
Required experience:
- Design and deliver healthy Salesforce implementations for enterprise-grade customers using Salesforce products.
- Designed organization strategy and data model for multiple Salesforce implementations
- Designed technical solutions for identity and access, implemented data and process integrations, and designed solutions that account for large data volumes and data privacy needs.
- Experience in all End-to-End technical aspects of a Salesforce.com program: data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development.
- Experience in Salesforce implementation and development and in writing Apex programming
- Visual force pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and lightning web components. Knowledge in implementing solutions using configurations (no-code) such as Flows, pr
- Experience with release management, source control, and deployment technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, Metadata API, and integration services
- Experience with cross-cloud Salesforce (SFDC) implementations integrated with other cloud and on-premises systems
- A solid understanding of the architectural principles of cloud-based platforms, including SaaS, PaaS, multitenancy, multitiered infrastructure, integration patterns, and application servers
- Well versed with human centric user experience and software design principles
- Well versed with Salesforce well architected framework
