Hybrid Work Model

Our headquarters is in Arlington, VA. Most of our team operates in a remote or hybrid workplace model that optimizes a combination of virtual and in-person interactions. We are intentional when we co-locate with each other and our clients for maximum impact while empowering our people to preserve the flexibility that they desire. The nature of our work managing client transformations will require some team members to be onsite at client locations, therefore the ability to travel is expected.

Our hybrid model benefits our people, and notably the environment. By reducing travel and commuting time, this aids in the reduction of our carbon footprint. Teams meet at our headquarters office every 6 to 8 weeks so there will be occasions that we would ask marketing to attend.

CEG is committed to facilitating diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplace. Our team is diverse in background, perspective, culture, and experience and we are committed to expanding diversity as we expand as a company. Our diversity drives our innovation, and ultimately, the strength of our team and our work.

We foster networking, professional development, mentorship, and resource groups. We have long standing employee relationship groups where team members who face similar challenges discuss experiences and obstacles faced in the workplace and beyond, and dive into topics that support related personal and professional development. We are continuously looking to improve our support for team members and to establish new groups as we continue to expand!
