Job Summary:

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to provide long-term support for our U.S. manufacturing operations, which are currently facing challenges in scaling up. This role will be responsible for coordinating EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) progress, solving engineering issues in production, and optimizing manufacturing workflows. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electronics or server manufacturing and a strong understanding of U.S. manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the overall progress of EMS manufacturing in the U.S. and ensure smooth production operations.
  • Identify and resolve engineering and technical issues in the manufacturing process.
  • Develop and implement production processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control measures.
  • Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to optimize workflows and improve yield.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary materials and components.
  • Support equipment selection, installation, and maintenance for manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. manufacturing regulations and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with the China-based engineering team to align production processes and technical requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or production operations within the U.S. electronics or server manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuit principles, failure analysis, and process control.
  • Familiarity with electronic product assembly, PCBA, and mechanical system integration.
  • Experience with project management and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing process flows, key process requirements, and production quality standards.
  • Experience working in EMS environments is a plus.
  • Fluency in Chinese and proficiency in English for professional communication.
