Description
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
5+ years experience with end user support/technical support - both hands on and remote.
5+ years experience HW/SW support, server administration, and enterprise deployments and installations.
3+ years in a Manufacturing or Data Center environment.
Broad IT Infrastructure management experience, with emphasis in the outsourced model.
Administration experience with hypervisor technologies such as Nutanix's Acropolis Hypervisor and VMware.
General knowledge in the administration of SAN and NAS technologies.
Knowledge of and demonstrable experience working with all aspects of Active Directory (ADUC, DNS, DHCP, DFS, GPO, IAS/NPS, Sites and Services, and LDAP).
Deep understanding of Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.
Administration experience with Azure and Google Cloud Platform. Managing hybrid environments, SaaS solutions and on-prem service/server to cloud migrations a plus.
General knowledge of database platforms (SQL, Oracle and MySQL).
Experience managing infrastructure services and supporting a global workforce across multiple remote locations.
Experience with OT/ICS infrastructure systems. Wonderware experience preferred.
Experience with MES/CMMS systems.
Liaison between site IT/OT and other site departments as well as business IT and OT teams.
Project Management activities with a focus on technical projects.
**Manufacturing background/experience will set a candidate apart.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
