Description

We are in search of a Training Developer/Instructor to join our team in Chesterfield, Virginia. This role requires experience in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or PeopleSoft Financials. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and facilitating both Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Web Based Training (WBT) in both physical and virtual environments. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Develop and revise training materials including PowerPoint presentations, job aids, student practical exercises, and tutorial videos.
Facilitate training sessions for end users, adapting to learner needs within the classroom setting.
Collaborate closely with the change leadership team and internal subject matter experts to deliver high-quality training materials and sessions.
Identify, develop, and test training data in the training database.
Develop learning simulations incorporating elements of scenario learning using full Articulate Storyline 3 capabilities.
Compile, edit, and review documents in coordination with subject matter experts to ensure the validity and accuracy of training materials and documentation.
Upload, test, document, and maintain course materials.
Create training communications as needed, such as job aids and notifications of system changes.
Assess and monitor help desk requests to determine additional training needs.

Requirements

Role requires proficiency in Cloud Technologies
Familiarity with Database Object is essential
Candidate must have experience with Informatica
Knowledge of MapR is required
Ability to work with Microsoft SQL Server is necessary
Experience in AB Testing is a must
Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) is expected
Ability to understand and work with Business Requirement Document is crucial
Experience in creating dashboards is required
Must have the ability to work with various Data Sources
