Project Manager (Call Center)

Project Manager (Call Center): Hands-on project manager to support the functional migration of an outsourced call center being managed by one internal business group to be managed by another internal business group.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the overall migration including facilitating meetings to determine what needs to take place
• Create and maintain project plan and status reports
• Daily tasks management through the lifecycle projects
• Coordinate the projects and interdependencies between various teams and departments involved
• Establish touch points with team members and vendor(s)
• Identify, track and communicate risks, issues, decisions, action items and project change requests
• Manage and drive project tasks and follow ups
• Maintain control of project finances
• Manage stakeholders and updates to management including presentations

• Assist with various business analyst tasks as needed.

Skill and Experience Requirements:

• Very strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentations/PPTs, etc.), ability to lead and drive meetings
• Knowledge of call center operations preferred
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Time management and ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong documentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work within a multi-cultural environment
• Strong organization skills and flexibility for constantly changing and challenging conditions
• Experience with project management tools and issue tracking

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 months

Location: Cherry Hill, NJ area. Hybrid, working onsite 3 days/week.
