Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Lead to oversee testing activities in an SAP implementation project. The role involves defining test strategies, managing deliverables, ensuring quality, and leading a team through multiple integration testing cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SAP test strategies, plans, and frameworks.
  • Lead and coordinate the testing team to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage test deliverables, track defects, and report progress.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing with business requirements.
  • Implement SAP testing best practices and ensure compliance with standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 7+ years of SAP testing experience, with at least 3 in a lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules and business processes.
  • Experience with SAP test automation tools like HP ALM, SAP TAO, or Tricentis Tosca.
  • Proficiency in test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Ability to manage multiple integration testing cycles.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP certification in relevant modules or testing methodologies.
  • Experience with Agile, DevOps, and performance testing.
  • Knowledge of test data management and SAP Solution Manager.
