Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Program Manager to support our growing engineering organization. In this role, you will drive operational excellence through hiring, headcount management, onboarding, and organizational support processes. You will work closely with Engineering Managers, TPMs, XWS, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workforce operations and positive team experience.

Responsibilities:

Hiring and Headcount Management:

  • Track and monitor hiring targets, headcount allocation, and team staffing progress.
  • Support FTE hiring processes, including job postings, interview follow-ups, and overall headcount data management.
  • Manage the TVC hiring process, including SOW renewals, vendor contract extensions, and terminations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and streamline the hiring pipeline.

Onboarding Process Coordination:

  • Develop and maintain an end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring timely and seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics with XWS and Engineering Managers.
  • Partner with TPMs to facilitate access setup and technical onboarding requirements.

Team and Organizational Support:

  • Drive team culture and engagement initiatives, including planning team-building events, training sessions, and fun activities.
  • Manage budgets associated with team events and activities.
  • Oversee communication strategies, including drafting status updates, newsletters, and meeting notes.
  • Organize and manage biweekly engineering team meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and action items are captured.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Program Management, preferably supporting engineering or technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize tasks, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with workforce planning, headcount management, or recruiting operations.
  • Familiarity with engineering, onboarding processes and technical hiring practices.
