LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading food and beverage company seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This contract position will focus on driving the consolidation and close out of manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration, particularly within manufacturing environments. This role involves 50% travel to various sites in Florida.



Supply Chain Project Manager Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage supply chain projects focusing on the assessment of production lines and line consolidation initiatives

  • Conduct detailed analysis of current production processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for consolidation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, production, logistics, quality, and procurement) to design and implement strategies that improve production efficiency and reduce operational costs

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all project milestones are met on time and within scope

  • Prepare and present regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans

  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers when necessary to support line consolidation efforts

  • Identify potential risks to project success and proactively implement risk management strategies

  • Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

  • Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle



Supply Chain Project Manager Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or project management, with a focus on production, manufacturing, or line consolidation

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects within the CPG or manufacturing industry

  • Strong understanding of production processes, capacity planning, and inventory management

  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple stakeholders

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external teams

  • Ability to work independently and manage projects in a fast-paced environment

  • PMP or similar project management certification preferred

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies

  • Familiarity with supply chain systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
