HRIS Data Entry
This position is a 6 month contract that could extend or convert to full time.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Specialist to support our onboarding process using PeopleSoft. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting employee information, including names, addresses, dates of birth, and salary details. This role requires a strong focus on precision and the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining data integrity throughout the onboarding process.
Required:
- 6-12 months of experience with data entry into an HRIS platform.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
- Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
Preferred:
- Comfortable with VLOOKUP functions in Excel.
- Familiarity with other HR-related tasks.
- Experience with PeopleSoft.
- Local to Arizona, with the ability to attend in-office training
