- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance with locating vehicles or directing them to the appropriate department
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of vehicles on the lot, including washing and vacuuming dealership and customer vehicles
- Safely provide vehicle pickup and delivery for customers
- Assist with the organization and management of vehicle inventory, including tracking vehicle locations and updating inventory systems as needed
- Perform regular checks of vehicle keys and ensure they are stored securely and accounted for at all times
- Routine maintenance tasks to upkeep the appearance and functionality of the dealership building and grounds
- Maintain cleanliness of entrances, and common areas, by sweepingand trash removal
- Complete other miscellaneous duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (3year min)
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling as needed
- Punctuality and reliability in attendance
- Dependable work ethic with a commitment to completing tasks thoroughly and efficiently
- Familiarity with basic building maintenance tasks such as lightbulb changes
- Willingness to learn and perform routine maintenance duties as assigned
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and prioritize tasks effectively
