We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Product Manager in North Ridgeville, Ohio, United States. As a Product Manager, you are entrusted with the enhancement of product features and integrating new business units. You will operate in an Agile environment, focusing on custom software products.

Facilitate the development of new features for our product offerings
Expand our operations by onboarding new business units
Utilize your experience in Agile Development to optimize our workflow
Conduct user interviews to gain insights and improve our products
Create and manage user stories to provide a clear vision for our development team
Engage in Requirements Gathering Sessions to understand and document necessary product enhancements
Take charge of Backlog Grooming to prioritize the tasks for our team
Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that our products meet user needs and expectations
Conduct AB Testing to optimize our product performance
Lead Quality Assurance Testing to ensure the highest standards for our software products.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in a product management role
Expertise in AB Testing is mandatory
Proficiency in conducting Requirements Gathering Sessions
Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is crucial
Extensive knowledge in Backlog Grooming
Understanding of Agile Development methodologies is required
Experience in Quality Assurance Testing is essential
Ability to create and manage User Stories effectively
