- Salary Range:
- Min: $38.15/hr
- Mid: $49.72/hr (7+ years of experience)
- Max: $61.29/hr (18+ years of experience)
- Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

Join our Level IV NICU team as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), where you will be a key leader in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting the unit's operations. This role offers supervisory responsibilities, direct patient care as needed, and the opportunity to drive improvements in team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with patient admission and discharge processes to ensure smooth and efficient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure superior patient outcomes and care coordination.
- Coach, train, and provide feedback to NICU staff to maintain and elevate the quality of care.
- Oversee staffing and scheduling to meet patient care and unit needs.
- Ensure proper inventory management and efficient equipment utilization.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience as a Level IV NICU Charge Nurse.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- MSN preferred.
- RN license in Texas or compact license.
- BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required.
- Unit Details:
- 108-bed Level IV NICU.
- Approximately 200 team members.
- Interview Process:
- Initial prescreen with recruiter.
- Interviews with Nurse Managers, peer groups, and department leadership.
- Local candidates: In-person interviews.
- Out-of-area candidates: WebEx interviews.
- Final hiring decision made by Nurse Managers.
- Leadership Opportunity: Lead a team in one of the highest-level NICUs, with opportunities for growth and development.
