Client is seeking an Agile Team Coach. This role is a contract postition. It will require 2x per week onsite in St. Paul, MN.
The candidate must meet the following qualifications:
Proven experience as an Agile Coach working with cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Agile-related certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent are a plus.
Experience with Agile product management tools and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
o Lead and manage the execution of projects and programs across various teams, including Scrum and Kanban.
o Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement software solutions and vendor solutions using agile methodologies.
o Develop project plans, manage resources, schedules, and scope to ensure successful delivery.
o Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure proper alignment and seamless execution.
o Apply Agile frameworks to break down vendor solution implementations into iterative cycles, ensuring flexibility and continuous delivery.
o Drive the agile adoption and evolution within the organization by continuously improving practices and workflows.
o Ensure timely reporting of project status, risks, and issues to leadership.
o Manage and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment, balancing the needs of both agile development and traditional project management.
o Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within and across teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology goals.
Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $90- $105
