Job Summary:

This technical role focuses on overseeing the end-to-end software development lifecycle, specifically for a Transportation Management SAP - ERP implementation, optimization, and integration, including system development, integrations, network security, and deployment. You will collaborate closely with the Business Unit Leader and cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes using your technical expertise.

Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management
- Strong technical knowledge in software development, ERP systems, and integration techniques
- Proven experience in creating and leading projects from scratch or mid-stream, managing end-to-end technical processes
- Experience working with security features of software implementations
- Strong technical knowledge in software development, ERP systems, and integration techniques
- Familiarity with transportation management software projects and solutions, particularly those involving bulk products
- Demonstrated technical acumen, with the ability to dig deep into technology and solve complex issues
Bonus / Soft Skills
- SAP / ERP experience
- Transportation Management systems, and logistics projects experience, particularly in bulk product movements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
- Strong project management skills, including scope, schedule, and risk management
- Waterfall/Agile / Scrum experience
