Job Summary:
Senior Technical Architect (SAP) 100% Remote (EST/CST Candidates Only)

Overview:

Seeking an SME-level SAP Technical Architect with expertise in SAP Payroll, SAP On-Prem, and Labor Relations. The role focuses on designing and implementing SAP solutions, optimizing payroll and timekeeping systems, and ensuring technical compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SAP solutions for payroll, timekeeping, and labor relations.
  • Lead technical architecture, development management, and process optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and technical standards.
  • Provide Level III support, root cause analysis, and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong expertise in SAP ECC, Kronos, and timekeeping systems.
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors, ABAP, Java EE, PI/PO, BPM, SAP HXM.
  • Knowledge of SAP authorization, technical data migration, and cloud strategies.
  • Experience with at least two full-cycle SAP implementations.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with change and release management processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree and SAP/Kronos certification.
  • Experience with benefits administration and payroll integration.
