About The Role
The Whose Hoo project celebrates the Hoo Peninsula’s unique heritage and landscape, connecting communities, nature, and history. As Project Administrator, you’ll ensure the smooth running of this ambitious programme.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Providing administrative support to project staff, managing finances, travel, events, and materials to ensure effective operations.
- Coordinating project administration using the RSPB’s Project Management Framework and ensuring compliance with funder requirements.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and handling sensitive matters with professionalism.
- Supporting financial processes, including preparing quarterly and year-end accounts for the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
We need a proactive and efficient individual who can:
- Deliver high-quality administrative support, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders, and partners.
- Demonstrate strong financial administration skills, with attention to detail and experience working with budgets.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions.
- Show enthusiasm for supporting a project that celebrates heritage, nature, and community.
