Position Type: Full Time, Salary
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with evenings and occasional weekends as needed
Salary: $55,000-$65,000
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid)

Key ResponsibilitiesAs Director of Programs, you will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of Girls Inc. programming, ensuring high-quality experiences that empower girls to succeed. You’ll also play a key role in building community partnerships, managing program staff, and driving strategic growth.
- Develop and oversee the program strategy to align with the needs of girls and the organization’s mission.
- Lead a team of Program Managers and staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality program delivery.
- To expand program impact, build and nurture community partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and local organizations.
- Establish and manage a data-driven approach to program evaluation, ensuring measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Support the CEO in driving operational effectiveness and securing funding by ensuring programs align with grant commitments.
- Represent Girls Inc. at community events and advocate for policies and initiatives that benefit girls.
- Passion for empowering girls and a deep understanding of youth development best practices.
- Proven leadership experience in program management, nonprofit operations, or a related field with experience in human resources management.
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience working with schools, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage data and outcomes, with a track record of using insights to drive program improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, nonprofit management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Must have own transportation.
- Must be able to pass a level 2 background check.
