Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and industry regulations.
- General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including preparation of journal entries, month-end closing activities, and account reconciliations.
- Month-End Close: Coordinate and execute month-end closing procedures, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded, accounts are reconciled, and financial statements are prepared on time.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and managing customer collections.
- Audit Preparation: Assist in internal and external audits by preparing documentation, responding to audit requests, and implementing recommendations.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, and present findings to management.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the printing or manufacturing industry.
- Certifications: CPA or CMA designation is a plus.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or industry-specific systems) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
