The Analyst - Corporate Sales Development role is responsible for the development and management of corporate sales incentive programs and strategies designed to maximize the revenue and market share performance for our portfolio of global corporate accounts.
- This role serves as the primary liaison between the front-line sales team and the various commercial departments in support of all corporate sales program related matters.
- In addition, the Analyst will identify opportunities to increase revenues, shift market share, reduce costs and improve business processes.
- Also included in this role is financial analysis of program effectiveness and on-going performance reporting. Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

- General knowledge of Delta's markets and competitive market position, sales strategies, programs, processes, tools and infrastructure is highly desirable; travel industry sales/marketing experience is a plus.
- Should be solution-oriented, multi-task capable and have demonstrated the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment.
- Demonstrates initiative and self-directs work.
- Should possess strong analytical and computer skills, sound organizational and planning skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to make sound business decisions.
- Proficient PC skills including advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Power Point are required.
- This position requires 3-5 overnight business trips per year.

- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

- At least 1 years equivalent work experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a business or analytical discipline preferred.
