Responsibilities And Duties
- Obtain client information via inbound and outbound calls, interviews, and verification through various channels (text, email, fax).
- Reassure and maintain effective communication with clients during information-gathering processes, providing clear explanations, answering inquiries, and offering additional guidance or resources as needed.
- Uphold and enhance quality outcomes by adhering to company standards, suggesting procedural improvements, and optimizing the client experience.
- Stay updated on new campaign requirements and participate in educational opportunities to expand campaign knowledge.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Proficiency in data entry and comprehensive technical skills.
- High attention to detail.
