Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in project implementation of financial systems or treasury management.
  • Strong experience with cash management / forecasting, treasury systems, Payments, Risk management, and financial transaction modules & reporting.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Kyriba solutions, including configuration and customization.
  • Ensure quality implementations by applying Kyriba methodologies and best practices.
  • Understand both the functional and technical aspects of Kyriba.
  • Customize, extend, and integrate Kyriba solutions to meet client needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Kyriba solutions.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide functional support.

Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of accounting terminology and processes (e.g. month-end close process).
  • 4+ years of experience as a BlackLine system administrator.
  • Candidates with a minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience in treasury management, preferably with experience in Kyriba.
  • Three plus years of experience in the audit/accounting industry preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Consulting Services, Client Services, and/or Professional Services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementation or support projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role - communicating and presenting to a diverse set of people across groups and organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated strong technical problem-solving skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong client relationship skills.
  • Ability to prioritize with competing priorities.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous or difficult situations or personalities.
  • Must be proactive and have a sense of urgency.
  • Kyriba Gold or Platinum or Platinum Plus certification and hands-on experience working with Kyriba would be advantageous.

Other Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to interact and collaborate with all levels of staff across the organization, including internal support groups and external client stakeholders.
  • Software background preferred.
  • Technology background/experience preferred.
  • Previous experience documenting business requirements for software development and technical specifications.
