Role Overview:

As a Mobile Application Developer at LeisurePay, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our mobile applications using the Ionic and Capacitor frameworks. Working within a dynamic team, you will leverage your expertise in Angular and Java to build robust Android applications, while also ensuring our iOS offerings meet the highest standards of performance and usability. A critical component of this role involves integrating our mobile solutions with a RESTful API that interfaces with our C# backend, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Maintain Mobile Apps: Create, test, and deploy high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS using Ionic, Capacitor, Angular, and Java.

API Integration: Design and implement integrations with our C# backend via RESTful APIs to facilitate secure and efficient data communication.

Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams including backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Performance Optimization: Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize applications to enhance performance, usability, and scalability.

Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve our app ecosystem.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven track record in mobile development with hands-on experience in both Android and iOS platforms.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in Ionic and Capacitor frameworks.

Proficiency in Angular and Java for mobile application development.

Strong understanding of RESTful API integration, particularly interfacing with a C# backend.

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to debug, resolve issues, and optimize applications effectively.

Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Bonus: Familiarity with agile development practices and experience in full-cycle mobile application development is a plus.
