  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Description:

We are seeking a candidate that is safety conscious and detail oriented. Blueprint and tape measure reading ability is required. Previous experience in hand welding is preferred. Any additional skills (i.e. torch, hand plasma, cutting tools, forklift) are beneficial.

  • Set up welding equipment (wire, gas, nozzle, clamps)
  • Weld steel and aluminum according to blueprints
  • Clamp, grind, tack-weld, or bolt components into position before welding
  • Inspect final products for quality standards
  • Troubleshoot issues with welding equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to safety protocols
  • Execute welding tasks using MIG welding techniques on steel for various projects
  • Interpret welding symbols and blueprints to ensure accurate weld placement and adherence to project specifications.
  • Conduct quality inspections on welded joints, identifying, and rectifying defects to meet industry standards.
  • Assemble welded components to sales and customer specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:
  • Wire welding experience
  • Personal commitment to workplace safety and quality craftsmanship

Preferred But Not Required Skills:
  • Welding certification and/or AWS D1.1 preferred.

  • Forklift certification
  • Fabrication experience
  • Tape measure use
