Senior Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX seeking a Senior Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze complex business and system requirements and provide technical solutions that align with business goals
* Evaluate existing financial systems and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement
* Ensure system designs meet security, compliance, and performance standards
* Lead technical projects related to system enhancements, migrations, and integrations
* Coordinate with developers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
* Develop technical documentation, workflows, and implementation roadmaps
* Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for financial applications
* Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system reliability, scalability, and security
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in financial services
* Work closely with business analysts, product managers, and financial operations teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
* Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment
* Train and mentor junior analysts or team members as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, IT project management, or a related technical role within the financial services sector
* Strong experience with financial applications, databases, and enterprise systems
* Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data flows within financial platforms
* Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, cybersecurity best practices, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, PCI, GDPR)
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or ITIL are a plus
* Experience with financial ERP systems, trading platforms, or banking applications
* Knowledge of scripting languages or automation tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
