Roles And Responsibilities
The Project Manager (PM) oversees projects for the company’s clients. As a Manufacturing Project Manager, you are accountable for all UL Product Lines and will lead the charge in ensuring efficient project management. These duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining relationships with all customers, setting project milestones, driving and assisting all departments in meeting project milestones, training new PM’s, setting performance expectations, developing standard procedures for PM duties, budget oversight with CFO guidance, etc. Our goal is to manufacture high quality Switch Boards, Control Panels, Panel Boards, Docking Stations, and any other future product lines for customers. This person will work closely with customers and our staff to manage projects in their entirety, pre-order entry through shipping. This includes everything from procurement of material for jobs, scheduling workflow, and delivering with world-class quality.
The Project Manager will work directly with the Kratos team to maintain company key performance indicators including, but not limited to: Customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and profitability.

PERFORMANCE BONUS
You will be eligible to receive a discretionary (i.e., non-guaranteed) annual bonus based on personal and company performance and goals achieved.
PAID TIME OFF (PTO)
You will receive PTO effective on your Start Date. That can be utilized after 60 days of continuous employment. PTO may be used for holidays, vacation, personal leave, or sick leave and requires manager approval in advance.

- Track project performance to ensure both short-term and long-term goals are met for on-time delivery
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation from cradle to grave
- Identify, analyze, and respond to risk factor probability throughout the project process
- Develop, standardize, and establish the right tools and techniques for easier project management
- Manage interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth project execution throughout the lifecycle
- Communicate with leadership to keep the project aligned with strategic company goals
- Monitor quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Ability to clearly communicate person to person.
- Must be willing to learn, collaborate, listen, and discuss with peers about methods, processes, and principles.
