What To Expect

About the role:
The Recruiting Systems + Analytics team serves as the technology counterpart within the recruiting organization, bridging the gap between end-users and system developers. Our primary focus is on insourcing technology needs, providing direct support to users, and automating processes for employee efficiency. We work closely with internal organizations to build technology and processes that support users and drive system changes.
As an intern on the team, you will play a critical role in Tesla Recruiting by supporting offer letter automation, managing offer documents and metadata, and analyzing operational performance. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with various teams and contribute to process improvements and automation projects.
What You'll Do
Support the Recruiting Team in maintaining and updating offer templates in our contract lifecycle management platform Lead a data clean-up initiative for recruiting and offers data to ensure data accuracy and reporting Gain a good understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes, and how to use technology to contribute to process improvements Collect, analyze, and present data from the system when provided a subset of potentially unrelated data points/filters to draw conclusions Identify patterns to define gaps in our processes and technologies to drive change at a system level with responsible parties (end-users, system admins, etc.)
What You'll Bring
Pursuing a Bachelor’s in STEM or a related field Available for a 12+ week period over the summer and able to work onsite full-time Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changes in business priorities Interest in cross-functional work spanning technical, legal, operational, and administrative Excellent organization, communication, and documentation skills, with outstanding verbal and writing skills Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases is a plus, but not required

Expected Compensation
$25.00 - $40.00/hour + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
