The Sponsorships team is chartered with delivering breakthrough partnership marketing activations that bring the T-Mobile brand story to life, demonstrate our network leadership, and create measurable value for the enterprise. We are looking for a Sponsorships Manager to support our B2B initiatives across T-Mobile sponsored properties for a line of business that continues to grow. This role plays an essential part in driving awareness, consideration and revenue for the business through strategic sponsorships.
The B2B Sponsorships Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of sponsorship programs, including planning, execution, and program measurement, to support T-Mobile For Business’ brand and business strategies. This includes improving asset usage for B2B storytelling in partnership with the broader team across major sponsorships such as PGA of America, Major League Baseball and Formula One Las Vegas Grand Prix. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating impactful brand experiences and work effectively with multiple internal departments, properties, and agencies to ensure successful activation of sponsorship plans. The induvial should be a results-driven professional with strong relationship-building, communication, and project management skills.

Base Pay Range: $79,900 - $144,200
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage B2B sponsorship programming to deliver breakthrough activation with cross functional partners to support T-Mobile for Business growth. Partner with Sr. Sponsorships Manager on an as needed basis.
- Partner and support B2B onsite sponsorship activations as needed
- Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external partners
- Day-to-day management of sponsorship marketing agency
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and deliver results
- Track and handle T-Mobile for Business sponsorship budget line items
- Consistent track record to lead cross-functional teams, agency partners, and sponsor relationships for or on behalf of a major brand
- Experience using sponsorships and events to drive brand and business growth at a national level
- Creative and strategic problem solver with confirmed ability to deliver clear and concise marketing briefs
- Validated ability to lead the development of core brand assets and in creating and implementing detailed project plans
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to react quickly and calmly in high-pressure situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and shows willingness to accept and provide direction
- Capable of working independently while remaining a great teammate
- Experience in B2B sponsorships landscape is a plus
- 4-7 years experience in sponsorship marketing or related field. (Required)
- Experience working in or with sports properties on behalf of a major brand. (Preferred)
- Experience in B2B marketing subject areas (Preferred)
- Telecom experience a plus. (Preferred)
- Must be able to attend sponsorship partner meetings and events, possibly including holidays and/or more than 40 hours per week, travel up to 25% of the year
- Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- At least 18 years of age
