Responsibilities Of The Administrative Assistant
- Assist with organizing the renewal expiration list.
- Create and edit new business and renewal quotations and proposals.
- Prepare and edit coverage and benefit comparisons.
- Review written correspondence and draft replies.
- Answer and redirect incoming calls and emails.
- Calendar management and preparation.
- 1+ years of administrative experience.
- Employee benefits or insurance experience.
- Microsoft Offices suite and Adobe experience.
- Strong service orientation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Resourceful individual.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- No education is required.
