Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions while upholding game integrity, compliance, and security standards
  • KYC and Verification: Perform detailed customer verifications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Problem-Solving: Handle complex or escalated issues with professionalism and focus on delivering excellent service
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams focused on game integrity, compliance, and security to address and resolve customer concerns
  • Process Adherence: Follow established workflows and provide input on improving procedures to enhance customer satisfaction


What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in gaming or online services
  • Strong understanding of game integrity, compliance, security, and verification/KYC processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and customer support tools
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on security and compliance
