Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America seeks a IOS Technical Lead at our office in Charlotte, NC to complete end-to-end design, develop, and deliver technology-enabled software applications, products, and services. Meet development schedules and deliver high quality solutions that meet technical specifications and design requirements. Complete specification and software design phases of software development life cycle. Provide IOS Architectural guidance. Provide guidance and lead the IOS technology modernization, help in IOS Build and distribution process modernization, complete new software development, enhancement efforts and software testing. Understand platform technical and business roadmap and ensure all initiatives align with roadmap design. Coordinate coding and unit testing phases of system development and facilitate Code Reviews. Complete domain solutions and execute changes with implementation plan. Liaise on project, operational, and strategy risks and opportunities, along with corrective action plans. Deliver on project and operational commitments, including quality and timeliness metrics.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 7 years of iOS development experience. Alternatively, the company would accept a Master's degree in the accepted fields of study and 5 years of iOS development experience. Base Pay Range: $107,500/yr. - $173,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
