They are looking to bring on a Support technician to their growing team. This company's mission is to provide expertise of installation services that include improvements in products such as doors, windows, siding, and kitchen appliances.
This role is responsible for supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 ticket and issues. Along with supporting service incidents while using the appropriate ticketing systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in Windows, Mac, Active Directory, Computer hardware, and Microsoft.
This position is Contract-to-hire, onsite 4-5 days a week, and located in Grand Prairie, TX. Hourly range around $15-20/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
- High School Degree or equivalent preferred
- Customer service experience in a call center environment
- Help desk or technical support experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience of troubleshooting Office 365 applications
- Ability to install and troubleshoot software
- Ability to configure and support internet browsers
- Mobile application support experience
- Microsoft Office Products knowledge
- Certifications in Microsoft O365 or Azure
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in team environments
- Salary will be around $15-20/hr.
