Description
The new Enterprise Architect will be supporting the implementation of an identity governance and administration platform to sit between the IT Client's HRIS and IAM systems.
The new hire will also be responsible for guiding the team on solutions, providing project leadership, and helping with the OKTA architecture
Serve as the lead architect for the OKTA identity and access management (IAM) platform, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the OKTA architecture.
Possess deep expertise in OKTA, including experience with attribute mastering, org-to-org relationships, and expression language.
Demonstrate a broad skill set with experience in both legacy and cloud-based technologies, such as Google, Slack, and Azure.
Proficient in areas like Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) and identity governance and administration.
Able to guide projects, provide technical solutions, and troubleshoot complex problems for the engineering team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business stakeholders, to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
Contribute to the selection and implementation of an identity governance and administration platform to integrate with the HRIS and IAM systems.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to the team.
Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates with an engineering background.
