Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in data analysis and complex SQL to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on projects related to front-end login workflows with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as part of our shared services, supporting large applications across platforms.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document technical and business requirements.

Analyze front-end data points and understand how they interact with MFA workflows.

Utilize strong SQL skills to extract, transform, and manipulate data.

Develop and execute complex SQL queries to support migration and database strategies.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

Learn data models and tables quickly to contribute to ongoing data-related initiatives.

Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are met.

Support Snowflake and Applogic environments (preferred experience).

Requirements:

Experience: Senior-level consultant with a strong background in data analysis.

SQL: Expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.

Technical Acumen: Experience with database migration strategies and working with large datasets.

Agile: Familiarity with Agile frameworks and working in sprint-based environments.

Data Modeling: Proven ability to learn and understand data models quickly.

Front-End Data Experience: Experience working with front-end data points and understanding their role in system workflows.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Snowflake and Applogic.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
