Position Mission:

  • To bridge account success and market growth, maximizing Agilian’s impact on the Medicaid ecosystem.
  • Drive dual-value creation for Agilian LLC by achieving the following:
    • Delivering billable consulting services that enhance Medicaid retention and health equity outcomes.
    • Designing and executing account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to grow Agilian's presence among Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and payers.
Expected Outcomes:

  • Consulting Services
    • Successfully deliver at least 90% of any consulting work on time and within scope during the first 12 months
    • Achieve a client satisfaction score of 4.5/5 or higher on post-project surveys.
    • Contribute to measurable Medicaid retention improvement rates for at least two key clients, backed by documented project deliverables.
  • Marketing Management
    • Launch at least three ABM campaigns targeting Medicaid MCOs and payers within the first six months, with measurable results:
      • Generate 10+ qualified leads per campaign.
      • Achieve an email open rate of 30% or higher and a click-through rate of 5% or higher.
    • Increase inbound inquiries from Medicaid MCOs and payers by 25% within the first 12 months.
    • Develop a marketing strategy playbook for future campaigns by documenting best practices and lessons learned.
  • Organizational Contribution
    • Identify and recommend at least two process improvements for consulting projects and/or marketing campaigns during the first year.
    • Mentor or collaborate with junior staff to support professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:

  • Medicaid Enterprise Experience
    • Institutional Knowledge: Understanding of Medicaid policies, programs, and regulatory requirements.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to work effectively with Medicaid MCOs, state agencies, providers, and community organizations.
    • Knowing how MCOs make decisions and the pain points of different stakeholders (e.g., plan execs, providers, care coordinators).
    • Translating policy shifts (e.g., CMS updates, state-specific initiatives) into sales and marketing insights and strategic positioning.

    • Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess complex client challenges and propose actionable, data-driven solutions.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build trust and rapport with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
    • Project Execution: Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs on schedule.
