  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About The Company

Our client is an alternative investment firm with over $8 billion in AUM. The Operations Analyst will assist the front office investment professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Reconciling positions, cash, and activity for prime brokerage and custody accounts on a daily basis
  • Resolving daily trade breaks and fails by interacting with the firm’s Front Office and executing brokers
  • Confirming daily trades with executing brokers
  • Processing periodic events on current positions such as options expirations, ABS resets, and coupon interest payments
  • Processing mandatory and voluntary corporate actions on outstanding positions
  • Liaising daily with the fund’s administrator to ensure trades are confirmed and settled on a timely basis

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
  • Knowledge of Python and SQL is a plus
  • Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, production-driven, and high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of financial products and/or experience with the securities industry is a plus

Salary Range

$100,000-$120,000
