About The Role
As a Media Editor (Temp), reporting to the Director of Art & Media you will be an integral part of the Creative team at JPMS. You will be responsible for executing a variety of deliverables that engage, inspire, and educate viewers such as brand sizzles, product launch videos, digital marketing and advertising videos, internal communications, event presentations, and social media cuts for JPMS using DaVinci Resolve and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
You will collaborate closely with the Director of Art & Media, the Creative team, the Media Project Manager, and various internal stakeholders to meticulously refine and assemble footage and audio captured from shoots. You will have an excellent taste level for shot selection, pacing, and music selection. You will weave together a cohesive story inspired by the creative mood boards and make creative and technical recommendations for bringing the video to life and elevating it in line with the company and brand standards. Additionally, you will be a specialist in color grading as well as graphics and animations, and create polished, high quality, and engaging final videos. This is a temp to hire position.

What You Will Do
- Edit video and audio content
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality
- Ensure all video content is consistent with the brand's style and standards
- Coordinate with team members and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and timelines are met and that all editing comments are resolved (via Adobe Workfront)
- Proactively catch and troubleshoot visual and technical errors
- Create efficiencies and consistency throughout color grading for each brand's aesthetic and identity
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve video production quality
- Have a strong work ethic and can-do attitude, leaving a positive impression on everyone you interact with
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders, fostering a cohesive team environment
