  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client is a financial services and global investment firm with over $280 billion in AUM. They are hiring a Client Services Associate to help with coordinating all client operational requests and onboarding and offboarding of accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for assigned operational client requests
  • Manage client expectations and timing of downstream inputs, with ultimate responsibility for the final product
  • Own the various transitions, legal documentation updates, and other changes required by the client
  • Coordinate across various teams during the client’s audit period, ensuring a successful audit
  • Coordinate and process asset and cash movements for clients
  • Coordinate the operational setup of internally structured deals
  • Assist with various ad-hoc and special projects as directed by management

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-3 years of experience in client reporting
  • Experience working with investment management marketing and distribution teams
  • Ability to analyze and manage large sets of data

Salary Range

$80,000-$100,000
