  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Title Agent at Title Houz, Inc. The Title Agent will be responsible for conducting closings, title searches, managing escrow, reviewing Chain of Title documents, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Closings and Title Searches
  • Proficiency in managing Escrow and understanding Chain of Title
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
  • Previous experience in the real estate or title industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
