Provides dedicated support for Pharma Partnerships programs by facilitating business case and timeline development, managing progress to milestones, and refining benefits assumptions as necessary. Manages, under limited direction, programs that are cross-functional, cross-divisional, and are of significant magnitude and important to the execution of corporate business strategies and achievement of company objectives. Program work has a significant impact on the organization. Budget responsibilities are based on program requirements. Ensures informational accuracy and integrity. Generates reports and visualizations for stakeholders and helps leadership with strategic planning based on the insights gleaned from their work.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages small to medium size projects under limited direction. May also lead sub-teams for larger projects/programs.
  • Establishes and monitors project requirements, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Manages a project plan that involves a small number of team members.
  • Ensures quality and timeliness of project results. Ensures established budget is adhered to based upon project requirements.
  • Works with management (if necessary) to drive resolution of project conflicts.
  • Manages projects from inception to completion.
  • Manages activities of assigned project team.
  • Prepares standard and ad hoc management reports and presentations for assigned projects.
  • May contribute to larger projects.
  • Communicates project status to team and business owners throughout the duration of the assignment and post implementation to make certain all impacted stakeholders have an understanding of risks, issues and activities.
