  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

**REMOTE ROLE - BUT OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO NYC/CHICAGO IS REQUIRED**

A rapidly growing high-frequency trading firm is seeking a new CFO to help build out and maintain a new spin-off entity. Although someone with prior experience in a C-level position would be a great fit, the hiring manager would also be keen to see mid-level candidates keen to step into a more senior position.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide and implement strategy for financial operations
  • Ensure operations are compliant with tax regulations
  • Hold responsibility for financial planning and analysis
  • Oversee cash flow, cash management, and working capital
  • Perform company audits
  • Monthly accounting
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Hold responsibility for reconciliations and clearing
  • Manage relationships with banks and vendors

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years experience in a similar function
  • Experience working as a financial controller, CFO, or financial analyst in a trading firm or asset management group (nice-to-have)
  • Experience working in a start-up environment (nice-to-have)
  • A degree in accounting, finance, or economics (nice-to-have)
