  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

Orlando, Florida area multi-billion dollar credit union has an immediate need for a VP of Indirect & Consumer Lending to manage a multifaceted team of 20+ - Branch and Digital teams. This is a highly visible and mission-critical position. The VP of Indirect & Consumer Lending will be responsible for all areas of product development and operations (underwriting, processing, and closing). Mentoring your team is critical.

The VP of Indirect & Consumer Lending will be responsible for:

  • Daily review of the pipeline, seeking ways to continually improve service
  • Pricing strategies
  • Meet with the management team and provide direction, guidance, and coaching
  • Recruit the best talent, Underwriters, Processors, Closers,
  • Provide ongoing training to staff
  • Establishing production and quality control standards
  • Continually improve the credit quality
  • Reviewing and monitoring quality control and audit findings to ensure corrective actions are implemented when necessary

Ideal Candidate:

  • Has managed Managers and teams and loves to be visible on the floor
  • Strong technical knowledge of consumer loan products including applicable compliance rules and regulations is required
  • Ability to improve operations
  • Willingness to work on-site
  • A Communicator, Coach, Leader, and Trainer
  • A clear strategic plan of action of how to effectively and efficiently run a significant organization
