Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the recruitment of critical and urgent openings to meet business demands.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to create effective sourcing strategies based on job requirements.
- Conduct talent mapping for critical positions, identifying and tracking high-potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pool to address long-term organizational needs.
- Oversee internal and external talent acquisition channels to ensure sourcing efficiency.
- Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for seamless recruitment workflows and accurate reporting.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Organize and participate in college recruiting events and career fairs to build a strong talent pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or HR with a proven track record of successful employee placements.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on managing critical and high-volume roles.
- Strong skills in talent mapping, pipeline management, and workforce planning.
- Familiarity with recruitment systems, including ATS platforms, and data-driven recruitment strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns is a plus
- Experience in organizing or supporting college recruitment and career fair events is a plus
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
