Reporting to the Finance Manager of Mass Merchandisers/Warehouse Clubs/E-Com, you will spend 18 months working with the Commercial Finance teams. This is a unique opportunity for individuals to work cross-functionally and influence a growing, global brand. As the Commercial Finance Graduate, you will contribute to department strategy through learning and supporting financial analysis, reporting and process enhancements. You will gain in-depth knowledge of the business and build the analytical skillsets to succeed as a financial professional at Red Bull.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

REPORTING

Support in the preparation of monthly reports for each budget owner, using SAP and Business Intelligence (BI) tools Provide reporting figures accompanied by detailed analyses of spend and volume metrics Help identify financial risks and opportunities through current trends and provide solutions and recommendations based on analyses

BUSINESS PLANNING

Collaborate with the Commercial Finance Team to help with business planning, budget processes, and revised estimate data collection and submission Help consolidate individual budget plans to a total Off-Premise plan Work with budget owners during business planning, ensuring forecast accuracy by challenging inputs Forecast total spending for the year highlighting potential risks and finding new opportunities

PARTNERSHIPS

Work with multiple partners in the Off-Premise sales teams (e.g. Walmart, Costco) on sales forecasts and budget plans Provide strategic input and insight while maintaining a service mentality. Support Business Managers in budget reallocation and overall budget adherence Perform ad hoc analyses to support the sales team's decisions

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Proven excellence in academic pursuits
  • A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree (completed by July 2025)
  • Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Fluent in English (written, spoken); additional languages considered a plus

The salary for this position is $70,000.
