As the Distribution Sales Analytics Graduate, you will immerse yourself in understanding and enhancing Red Bull's distribution reporting and analytics. Reporting to the Senior Director of Distribution Analytics, you will gain an understanding of how reporting and analytics drive success for Red Bull North America. You will use advanced analytics, innovative processes, tools, and strategic initiatives to address critical business challenges by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
DATA ANALYSIS AND INSIGHTS
Analyze data to support business objectives and contribute to informed decision-making Work with internal and syndicated data from Sales and Operations teams to determine trends, identify opportunities, and gain key insights Use data to support success, helping improve sales strategies and overall performance Share insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and drive growth Identify areas for improvement and suggest ways to enhance sales, efficiency, and customer engagement
DATA PREPARATION AND REPORTING
Structure, sort and prepare data to ensure quality outputs Help manage the creation, interpretation, and distribution of sales reports on both regular and ad hoc cadences Train end-users to use reports and identify opportunities to simplify and improve reporting processes Optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, scorecards, and reporting systems to drive impactful decision-making
PROJECT-BASED EVALUATION
Integrate data from multiple sources such as internal shipment, syndicated and retailer offtake and build robust data models, and test requirements to ensure accuracy reporting Analyze data to deliver actionable insights, supported by well-documented procedures, presentations, and recommendations

- Demonstrated excellence in academic achievements
- Proven track record of pursuing personal passions and extracurricular accomplishments
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree (to be completed by July 2025)
- Relevant work or internship experience preferred; meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- An understanding of data modelling, cloud-based platforms, SQL, Phyton & R is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages considered a plus
