Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high call volumes from inbound phone traffic
  • Follow company policies and procedures to handle calls efficiently and professionally
  • Achieve member engagement targets by adhering to departmental guidelines
  • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues following company standards
  • Multitask across several applications in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirements:

  • Desktop or Laptop running Windows 11 or higher (no Chromebooks or MacBooks)
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and social personality
  • Self-motivated with strong written communication skills
  • Inbound call center experience (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of customer service experience

Salary & Benefits:

  • Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
  • Health benefits after 90 days for full-time employees
  • PTO for full-time employees
  • 401K with matching contributions after 1 year of service

Schedule: Full-time or Part-Time

  • Split shifts (e.g., Mon 6a-9a & 2p-6p)
  • Evenings
  • Weekends and holidays (required)
