Our client, a global leader in the design and production of food and beverage operating equipment, is looking for a Sales Manager (or Senior Sales Manager, depending on experience) to drive brand awareness and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners, operators, and designers. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage qualified leads, nurturing them into sales opportunities.
- Manage and expand the existing client database to generate further business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including General Managers, F&B Managers, Executive Chefs, designers, and consultants.
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy in collaboration with the sales support team.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements
- Proven track record in high-value sales and business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence in cold calling and lead conversion.
- High level of emotional intelligence to navigate client interactions effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales strategies.
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Cross-cultural communication skills and flexibility in working with different time zones.
- Background in the hospitality industry (management, operations, or sales) is highly preferred.
