About Click Media Ventures:
Click Media is expanding its bold portfolio of creator-driven brands, including hungryboy (food), dirtyboy (men’s grooming), and a variety of exciting ventures, ranging from licensed partnerships to joint ventures and wholly owned companies. We’re looking for a Brand Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across all ventures, ensuring seamless execution in marketing, product launches, content coordination, and e-commerce.
Role Overview:
As Brand Manager on our Ventures Team, you will play a pivotal role in managing multiple brands, driving success across various channels. From product launches to social media management, performance tracking, and collaborating with our content creators, you will help build and scale Click Media’s talent ventures.
On any given day, you’ll work closely with our talent, merchandise partners, and commercial teams, organizing release schedules, coordinating photoshoots, ideating social media strategies, and using data to shape our marketing, product, and operations plans. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have their finger on the pulse as it comes to social media and social trends, be highly organized, and bring creativity and hustle to building new businesses with top digital talent. You’ll need exceptional initiative, proactive problem-solving skills, and brilliant communication and organizational abilities, with comfort in iterating as we refine our strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing and Content:
- Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), driving engagement and brand consistency.
- Work with content creators and production teams to provide direction for content planning, assets, and insights.
- Coordinate paid media campaigns, track performance, and optimize based on results.
- Monitor and refine email marketing strategies to increase effectiveness.
Operations and Product Management:
- Oversee product launches across multiple brands, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Assist with inventory tracking, product line planning, and ensuring availability aligns with marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to maintain and optimize websites, ensuring up-to-date product pages, promotions, and branding.
- Track key performance metrics across sales, marketing, and operations, reporting regularly to leadership.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Serve as the key liaison between marketing, production, operations, and content teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Identify trends and customer insights to optimize brand strategies.
- Maintain key documents, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced startup, agency, CPG, or e-commerce environment.
- Strong expertise in social media management, paid media, and email marketing.
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
- Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for solving problems as they arise.
- A deep passion for creator-led brands and business growth.
- Experience negotiating talent deals and collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Discretion and ability to manage confidential information.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a diverse range of people.
- Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities, especially in fast-paced environments.
- Flexibility to work ad hoc hours as needed.
- Experience working with digital talent is a big plus.
