The Role

As VP of Software Sales, you will be responsible for expanding market share across investment banks, developing key relationships, and closing complex enterprise deals. You will work closely with C-suite executives, heads of trading, risk, and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and performance in capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting investment banks and capital markets clients.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-value enterprise contracts.
  • Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers in trading, risk, and technology.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to drive adoption and client success.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments.

About You

  • Proven track record (7 years+) in enterprise software sales within capital markets or investment banking.
  • Strong network and experience engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of trading, risk management, compliance, and post-trade technology.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with experience managing long, complex sales cycles.
