About the Role
As the OEM Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our growth in the North American market. You will be responsible for new customer acquisition, achieving sales targets, and contributing to our overall market strategy. Collaborating closely with the global sales team, you will help implement pricing strategies, foster customer relationships, and ensure smooth operational sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition and market development.
- Achieve sales targets for the North American region.
- Prepare customer forecasts and support strategic planning.
- Implement Vestas aircoil’s pricing strategy and manage contracts.
- Represent Vestas aircoil at trade shows and during customer visits.

- Proven experience in sales, ideally to OEM or industrial markets.
- Experience within engine cooling systems.
- Strong skills in market analysis, strategy development, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- A proactive, result-driven attitude and willingness to travel extensively in North America.
